Online Safety

Your safety is our top priority. The guidelines below are designed to help you use our couples dating platform responsibly, confidently, and safely — both online and when meeting in person.

1) Protect your privacy and personal data

  • Do not share sensitive personal information in your profile or messages (passport details, ID numbers, passwords, one-time codes, banking information).
  • Be cautious when moving conversations off the platform. If someone pushes quickly to switch to WhatsApp, Telegram or social media, take a moment and proceed carefully.
  • Avoid sharing precise location details, such as your home address, workplace, or regular routines.
  • Think before posting photos that may reveal personal information (street signs, car plates, documents, identifiable locations).

2) Be aware of warning signs

Use extra caution if another user:

  • pressures you to meet or become intimate quickly,
  • asks for money, financial help, gift cards, crypto, or “investments”,
  • sends suspicious links or asks you to install external apps,
  • avoids video calls or gives inconsistent personal stories,
  • creates emotional urgency (emergencies, illness, dramatic situations) to gain sympathy or money.

Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it probably is.

3) Meeting in person safely

If you decide to meet offline:

  • meet in a public place (café, restaurant, busy area),
  • tell a trusted person where you’re going and who you’re meeting,
  • arrange your own transport to and from the meeting,
  • limit alcohol consumption and never leave drinks unattended,
  • if you feel uncomfortable at any point, leave immediately.

4) Consent and respectful communication

We expect respectful behaviour from all users:

  • respect boundaries — no means no,
  • do not pressure others for photos, video calls or meetings,
  • never send explicit content without consent,
  • harassment, threats, hate speech or abusive behaviour are not tolerated.

5) Blackmail and sextortion awareness

Never share images or videos that could be used against you. If someone attempts blackmail:

  • stop engaging immediately and do not comply,
  • take screenshots of messages and profiles,
  • report the user through the platform,
  • consider contacting local authorities or support services if needed.

6) Reporting and blocking users

If you encounter suspicious behaviour or content:

  • use the Report feature available in profiles or chats,
  • or contact our support team directly: [insert support email]
Please include the username, a brief description, and any relevant screenshots.

7) You are always in control

  • block users at any time,
  • unmatch or end conversations without explanation,
  • trust your judgement — blocking early is encouraged if something doesn’t feel right.

8) Our commitment to safety

We take reasonable steps to promote a safer environment, including:

  • reviewing reports and taking appropriate action,
  • limiting spam and fraudulent activity where possible,
  • providing tools to block and report users.

However, online safety also depends on your personal awareness and decisions.

9) Age requirement

This platform is strictly for adults only. Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 will be removed once identified or reported.
