Impersonation and False Identity

Beyond Colour Introductions is committed to maintaining an authentic and trustworthy community. Users must accurately represent their identity when using our platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating an account using another person’s identity without their permission.
• Impersonating another individual, business, organisation, or public figure.
• Creating fake or misleading profiles intended to deceive other users.
• Using stolen, manipulated, or misleading profile photographs.
• Providing false or inaccurate information about your identity.
• Pretending to represent another person or entity.
• Operating multiple accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes.
• Using the platform to facilitate identity theft, fraud, scams, or other deceptive practices.

Beyond Colour Introductions uses a combination of automated monitoring, manual moderation, and user reports to identify suspected impersonation or fraudulent accounts.

Accounts found to be engaging in impersonation or identity fraud may be suspended or permanently terminated. Where required by applicable law, we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities investigating identity-related offences.

Beyond Colour Introductions is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Users must not:

• Create fake or misleading profiles.
• Impersonate another person.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Share content involving minors.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other members.
• Engage in discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material.
• Attempt fraud, financial scams, romance scams, phishing, or identity theft.
• Request money or financial information from other members.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.

To protect our community, we actively monitor the platform using both automated systems and manual review.

Our moderation measures include:

• Monitoring profiles and uploaded content.
• Reviewing user reports.
• Investigating suspicious behaviour.
• Detecting fake accounts and spam.
• Removing content that violates our policies.
• Suspending or permanently terminating accounts that breach these rules.

Members can report inappropriate content, abusive behaviour, fake accounts, or suspected scams directly through our reporting tools or by contacting our support team.

Every report is reviewed by our moderation team.

Where violations are identified, we may:

• Remove offending content.
• Issue warnings.
• Temporarily suspend accounts.
• Permanently terminate accounts.
• Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

Where required by law, Beyond Colour Introductions may cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating criminal or unlawful activity.

📌 Prohibited Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harm

Beyond Colour Introductions has a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, sexual violence, human trafficking, sex trafficking, and any conduct that causes or facilitates harm to another person.

Our platform is intended exclusively for lawful introductions between consenting adults aged 18 years or older.

Users must not use the platform to engage in, promote, facilitate, encourage, or assist with any of the following:

📌 Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA)

Any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA) is strictly prohibited.

Users must not:

• Sexually exploit, abuse, groom, or otherwise harm a child or minor.
• Attempt to arrange or facilitate sexual activity involving a minor.
• Request, create, upload, share, distribute, or solicit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Encourage, promote, facilitate, or assist the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
• Use the platform to establish contact with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.

Any account suspected of involvement in child sexual exploitation or abuse may be immediately suspended or terminated, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

📌 Sexual Violence

Users must not engage in, promote, encourage, threaten, facilitate, or glorify sexual violence.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual assault or rape.
• Threats of sexual violence.
• Coercing or forcing another person to engage in sexual activity.
• Encouraging or facilitating sexual violence against another person.
• Using threats, intimidation, blackmail, or force to obtain sexual activity or sexual content.

📌 Non-Consensual Sexual Content

Users must not create, request, obtain, upload, share, distribute, or publish intimate or sexual content involving another person without that person’s consent.

This includes:

• Sharing intimate images or videos without the subject’s consent.
• Sharing sexually explicit material obtained without consent.
• Threatening to publish or distribute intimate images.
• Using intimate content to threaten, blackmail, harass, or control another person.
• Creating or distributing sexual content that falsely represents another person without their consent.

Consent must be freely given and may be withdrawn at any time. The absence of an objection does not constitute consent to share or distribute intimate content.

📌 Human Trafficking and Sex Trafficking

Human trafficking and sex trafficking are strictly prohibited.

Users must not use Beyond Colour Introductions to:

• Recruit, transport, harbour, obtain, or control a person for the purpose of exploitation.
• Facilitate or promote human trafficking or sex trafficking.
• Recruit or solicit individuals for commercial sexual exploitation.
• Arrange or facilitate prostitution or commercial sexual services.
• Coerce, threaten, deceive, or manipulate a person into sexual exploitation.
• Advertise or promote trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Assist, encourage, finance, or otherwise facilitate human trafficking or sex trafficking.

Any suspected trafficking activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of the relevant account and may be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

• Engage in illegal activity.
• Commit or facilitate fraud or financial scams.
• Impersonate another person or create a deceptive identity.
• Engage in human trafficking or sex trafficking.
• Engage in sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Engage in sexual violence.
• Exploit, abuse, groom, or sexually harm minors.
• Create, request, upload, or distribute CSAM.
• Share intimate or sexual content without the subject’s consent.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, blackmail, or abuse another user.
• Encourage, assist, facilitate, or participate in abuse against another person.
• Solicit commercial sexual services or prostitution.
• Use the platform to facilitate any other unlawful activity.

📌 Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, including suspected exploitation, trafficking, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate content, abuse, or activity involving minors.

Reports may be submitted through our reporting tools or by contacting our support team.

We review reports and may take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting accounts, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating accounts.

Where required by applicable law, we may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
