📌 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use Beyond Colour Introductions to engage in, promote, facilitate, encourage, assist, or attempt to facilitate any unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity.

Without limitation, you must not:

📌 Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation

  • Engage in, facilitate, promote, encourage, or assist human trafficking or sex trafficking.
  • Recruit, transport, harbour, obtain, or control any person for the purpose of exploitation.
  • Facilitate or promote sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation, prostitution, or sexual services.
  • Coerce, threaten, deceive, manipulate, or otherwise exploit another person for sexual purposes.
  • Assist another person in committing or facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

📌 Abuse and Harm

You must not:

  • Engage in sexual abuse, sexual violence, harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or other abusive conduct toward another user.
  • Encourage, promote, assist, facilitate, or aid or abet abuse against another user.
  • Encourage another person to commit abuse, exploitation, violence, or other unlawful conduct.
  • Use the platform to threaten, blackmail, coerce, exploit, or control another person.
  • Share intimate or sexual content involving another person without their consent.
  • Engage in any conduct that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

📌 Child Safety

Beyond Colour Introductions is strictly for adults aged 18 years and older.

You must not use the service to:

  • Sexually exploit or abuse a child or minor.
  • Groom or attempt to groom a minor.
  • Facilitate sexual contact with a minor.
  • Request, create, upload, distribute, or solicit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Encourage, assist, facilitate, or promote the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Any suspected violation involving a minor may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.


3. Enforcement

I’d also recommend adding this to your Terms of Service because it connects the prohibited conduct to actual action:

We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Remove prohibited content.
  • Restrict account functionality.
  • Suspend an account while an investigation is conducted.
  • Permanently terminate an account.
  • Prevent a user from creating another account.
  • Preserve relevant information where legally required.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

We may take immediate action where we believe there is a risk of harm to another user, a minor, or the public.
