This page outlines how law enforcement agencies may request information from Beyond Colour Introductions.
Emergency Requests
If there is an immediate threat to life, serious bodily harm, or another emergency requiring urgent disclosure of information, law enforcement agencies should clearly state that the request is an emergency.
Emergency requests should include:

- Officer’s name and badge or identification number
- Contact details
- Description of the emergency
- Information requested
- Legal basis for the request
Emergency requests will be reviewed as quickly as possible.
Non-Emergency Requests
For non-emergency matters, Beyond Colour Introductions will only disclose user information where required or permitted by applicable law and upon receipt of valid legal process, such as:
